FAQ
Are couriers bound by confidentiality?
Couriers are vetted and instructed not to open sealed envelopes or packages. For highly sensitive work (legal, notary) we recommend a specific confidentiality sign-off with the courier.
Will the courier wait for signature?
Yes, you can note that the courier needs to wait for signature and return the document. Wait time is set at booking and shown in the price.
